# TryMyDays Creator and Content Licence

This Licence forms part of the Terms of Service (https://trymydays.com/terms/) with Geonwoo Park, operating TryMyDays personally (“TMD”). It applies when you upload or publish Content. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms. You keep ownership of your Content.
## 1. Your permissions and warranties
You represent that you own or have the rights needed to submit your Content and grant the uses below, including necessary copyright, music, performer, likeness, privacy, property and location permissions. Obtain permission to publish and permit the relevant participant use, not merely permission to record. Do not submit another person's confidential information, imply endorsement without authority, or use a track on the assumption that personal streaming access includes synchronization or redistribution rights. TMD is responsible for rights in material it itself supplies; your warranty concerns what you supply or authorize.
## 2. Service licence to TMD
You grant TMD a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, copy, transcode, encode, compress, resize, format, render, create technical derivatives of, display, perform and distribute your Content as reasonably needed to provide, secure and operate the Service and the uses you authorize. This includes covers, posters, thumbnails, previews, in-Service discovery, sharing links and deep links, and user-authorized downloads or exports. We may sublicense these rights to service providers only as needed to perform those functions, and to participants only within section 3.
We may display your selected username and profile image with your Content for attribution and Service context while that association is available. Technical changes may crop, combine or reformat material; you consent to those changes and, only to the extent permitted by law, agree not to assert moral rights to prevent the specifically authorized uses. This is not an unrestricted moral-rights waiver, permission to misattribute your work, or a transfer of ownership.
The licence does not authorize use of your Content as standalone advertising creative for TMD or a third-party brand, off-platform paid campaigns, merchandise, endorsements, or general-purpose AI training. Those uses require separate permission. TMD may place lawful ads or paid features around Service Content in the future under the applicable notices and terms; placement alone does not imply your endorsement or require a share of revenue unless separately agreed or legally required.
## 3. Participant Results and Syncs
Publishing an Original Day authorizes TMD to make permitted creator material available through the Service's Try and Sync functions. Participants may use only the material and functions made available for that purpose to create and publish Results within the Service and use exports you authorize. This is not permission to download and remix your work without limit or to use it in advertising.
Participants own their own contributions and give the corresponding Service licence. A participant must still obtain rights to their own footage, people, music and other material. The right to make a new dependent Result requires that the relevant creator permission remains available at publication; merely starting a Try does not secure permanent rights to creator media.
### Current Allow Sync and exact-Sync download permissions
Allow Sync is a per-Day setting, initially on. Turning it off prevents new creator-containing Sync publication; Try and Chill remain available where otherwise permitted. Turning it off does not itself withdraw the narrow surviving permission for an already-published lawful Sync. Strong Removal is the separate action for removing prior creator audiovisual material.
Download permission is separate from merely publishing a Result. A public Sync requires the Creator's current versioned Allow Sync disclosure and the participant's separate confirmation of a reciprocal grant for that exact combined Sync. Once validly granted, the participant and Original Creator may download that Sync; other viewers may share its link only. Private posts do not offer Download video or Share link. Public Original and Chill downloads are limited to their owner.
The exact-Sync grant transfers no copyright. It permits the authorized platform rendering and ordinary external social sharing of that combined Sync, including ordinary platform-native creator monetization on a contributor's own upload. It does not authorize paid advertising, sponsorship or brand-ad use of the other contributor, endorsement, resale or sublicensing, raw-clip extraction, standalone reuse, or third-party paid media. Current permission, visibility, Block, removal and rights restrictions continue to apply. TMD does not publish the downloaded file to an external social service for you. Music may be exported only where the selected track's rights permit it.
## 4. Ordinary Removal
Ordinary Removal removes an Original Day from ordinary source availability and prevents new dependent uses. Already-published lawful Syncs may continue to display the incorporated creator material and attribution under this narrow surviving licence. That survival supports the existing participant record; it does not allow new Syncs, new promotional uses or an expansion of the licence. You may instead request Strong Removal.
## 5. Strong Removal and account deletion
Strong Removal ends further creator-media reuse and removes the affected creator audiovisual material and TMD-supplied creator attribution and profile/avatar links from dependent outputs under TMD's control. Where a Result can lawfully remain with only the participant's own contribution, it may be rerendered or retained in that form, without suggesting continuing creator participation or endorsement. A Result that cannot lawfully be separated may be removed. Account deletion applies Strong Removal to your creator Content by default. Your own posts are removed in the account-deletion process.
These actions do not grant other users ownership of your work. We may retain restricted technical copies during processing, backup rotation, or legally necessary preservation; those copies are not licensed for continued public display. Mandatory privacy, child-safety, copyright and other legal rights override surviving uses where required.
Copies already lawfully obtained by others or independent services may be outside TMD's control. We cannot remotely recall all such copies. No permission is granted for a recipient to begin new distribution or commercial exploitation after the relevant authorization ends, and applicable rights and legal exceptions remain in force.
## 6. Evidence and changes
TMD may keep a minimal record of the accepted Licence version, the relevant Content and authorization for as long as reasonably needed to establish a lawful use or resolve a claim, subject to privacy law. That does not permit retention of your whole account or continued public display after Strong Removal.
A material expansion of this Licence requires new affirmative acceptance for the affected future use and, if applied to existing Content, your separate authorization for that Content. Declining new terms does not grant new rights over earlier Content. Additional sponsorship or commercial licences are separate agreements and are not created by accepting this Licence.
